Selling real estate on social media is tough when your visuals shout too loud. An earlier iteration of this campaign relied heavily on a vibrant, high-energy color palette to stop the scroll. While it certainly grabbed attention, it ultimately failed a fundamental rule of direct response: the superficial aesthetics overpowered the actual message. Crucial buying triggers like pricing in Lakhs or family friendly amenities were completely lost in the visual noise, creating friction for the user.

Most importantly, isolating those critical price tags and lifestyle perks into crisp, high-contrast floating badges ensures the viewer absorbs the highest-value data in a single glance.
